We, humans, have the ability to acknowledge and allow multiple feelings at the same time. Yay, humans!
We can feel sad about something tragic happening around us.
We can feel happy about something good happening in our lives, like a new promotion, or a loved one’s celebration.
So instead of perhaps trying to manipulate how we feel, or try to dampen our emotions, we invite you to fully feel and allow any, and all, emotions that come up.
Once we allow what we’re feeling to move through, we have more space to allow other feelings that we may have been holding back due to guilt, or feelings of unworthiness.
Now that’s cleared up…we invite you to enjoy the good things happening around you guilt-free!
