The meaning
What a “Namaste” tattoo means
A single word that bows: I see the good in you, and I meet it with the good in me.
Spoken at the close of practice, namaste is a gesture of mutual respect, an acknowledgment that something worthy lives in each of us. It turns a goodbye into a small honoring.
Kept on the skin, it holds that posture of respect in reach long after you roll up the mat.

Who wears it
For the one who bows at the close
This speaks to the longtime practitioner and the teacher, and to anyone who wants the respect of the practice to outlast the hour on the mat.
It is a gracious gift for a yoga instructor, a studio companion, or someone whose practice shapes how they treat people.
How to wear it
Let it follow you into the day
The inner wrist keeps it close, a quiet thread of the practice running through meetings, errands, and ordinary exchanges.
Wear it before you step onto the mat, and let the respect it names carry into how you greet the hours after.
Clean, dry skin, press for 30 seconds with a damp cloth, then peel the backing, and it looks real for 3 to 7 days. See how to apply.
Made to be worn close, and worn often.
